Thank you for shopping with L3D PrintForge. We aim to ensure all customers are satisfied with their purchase. This Returns and Refund Policy explains your rights and our procedures regarding returns, refunds, and exchanges.
 

1. Custom and Personalised Items

Many products sold by L3D PrintForge are custom-made or personalised.

Because of the nature of these products:

  • Custom or personalised items cannot be returned or refunded unless they are faulty, damaged, or incorrect

  • This includes items made from customer-supplied photos, designs, or specifications

  • Please check all details carefully before placing your order

This policy complies with consumer protection laws regarding personalised goods.
 

2. Non-Custom Items

If you purchase a non-custom item, you have the right to return it within 14 days of receiving the item.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused

  • The item must be in its original condition

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
 

3. Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives:

  • Damaged

  • Faulty

  • Incorrect

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

We may ask for:

  • Photos of the issue

  • Your order details

Once the issue is confirmed, we will:

  • Replace the item, or

  • Offer a refund, depending on the situation

We will cover the cost of return shipping for faulty or incorrect items.
 

4. Refunds

Refunds will be processed once the returned item has been received and inspected.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Typical refund time:

3–7 working days after approval.
 

5. Exchanges

We may offer exchanges for:

Once production has started on a custom or personalised item, cancellation may not be possible.
