Orders are considered confirmed once payment has been received.

We reserve the right to:

  • Refuse or cancel an order

  • Request additional information before starting production

  • Cancel an order if materials or services become unavailable

If an order is cancelled by us, a full refund will be provided.

All prices are shown in Euro (€) unless otherwise stated.

Prices may change at any time without notice. However, the price you pay will be the price displayed at the time of purchase.

Shipping costs are calculated separately and displayed at checkout.
 

5. Payment

We accept payment through secure third-party payment providers.

Payment must be completed before production or shipping begins.

We do not store payment card details.
 

6. Custom and Personalised Items

Many products sold by L3D PrintForge are custom-made or personalised.

By submitting files, images, or designs to us, you confirm that:

  • You have the right to use the content

  • The content does not infringe copyright, trademarks, or other rights

  • The content is lawful and appropriate

Production will begin only after all required information has been received.
 

7. Returns and Refunds

Due to the custom nature of many of our products:

  • Custom or personalised items are generally non-returnable unless faulty or damaged

  • Non-custom items may be returned within 14 days of delivery

If an item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Refunds will be processed once the returned item has been received and inspected.
 

8. Delivery

Delivery times are estimates and may vary.

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Postal or courier services

  • Weather conditions

  • Customs or import delays

  • Incorrect delivery information provided by the customer

Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer once the item has been delivered.

All designs, images, text, and content on this website are the property of L3D PrintForge unless otherwise stated.

You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute website content without permission.
 

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, L3D PrintForge shall not be liable for:
